If you receive calls with prefixes like "+", "+2", "+886", etc., please be extremely vigilant. Be wary of callers who may have altered their phone numbers or pretended to be representatives from specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Avoid clicking on unknown links, accepting requests from unfamiliar LINE friends, or responding to suspicious SMS messages.
Common fraud tactics include "duplicate orders" or "inadvertent installment payments" to gain the trust of consumers, then requesting them to perform online banking or ATM operations. If it involves bank account matters, please contact your bank directly. If the caller requests you to operate your account, provide information, etc., please directly refuse to minimize the risk of fraud.
We encourage you to regularly change your passwords, strengthen password complexity (using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, and numbers), and avoid entering your account details on public computers to enhance information security.
